Cecil Bellon Principal Cecil has 15 years experience in graphic design and user experience, aiding organizations requiring creative assistance and innovative solutions on projects in interactive multimedia design/development, Internet - Intranet design/development, information architecture and print design/production.	Kirk DeCardenas Principal Kirk has over 10 years of experience in business consulting. He has managed system and training development for many Fortune 500 companies. Kirk's PMP certification reinforces his expertise in full-cycle project planning, development and execution and project methodologies.	Steve Fedorko, PHD Principal Steve is an effective leader with over 15 years experience in business strategy/consulting, user experience, professional development, and creative design. Skilled in research & analysis, learning and performance support, customer experience design, human factors, and organizational change and development.

Neill Bell Neill is a software developer with 17 years of experience in software architecture, design, and implementation for realtime systems, networking, user applications and web systems. Neill has architected and developed systems spanning from embedded firmware to JSP-based web applications.	Tom Byrne Tom has over 16 years of experience in corporate training, documentation and project management. Tom's experience includes implementing an LMS/LCMS for a corporate university and developing an advanced learning platform using Six Sigma.	Geoff Gibson A seasoned creative with 10+ years experience with strong design and communication skills.	Cassandra Washington Cassandra has 10 years of solid training/education experience. She has exceptional skills in classroom delivery and facilitation. Cassandra is a certified Instructional Designer with five years instructional systems design experience and strong writing and editing skills.
